Team meeting of our project YOUCREATE, which aims to empower young people from diverse
cultural and national backgrounds and youth workers to contribute to more sustainable policies
and practices and take the lead and utilize creativity to actively participate in the reshaping of our
society towards a more circular future.
The project is a KA2 Strategic Partnership co-founded by the Erasmus+ program of the European
Union – Luxembourgish National Agency – Anefore. The project is transnational and involves
partner organisations from Luxembourg (Formation et Sensibilisation de Luxembourg), Sweden
(Swideas), Germany (IBERIKA EDUCATION GROUP GGMBH) and Greece (SYNERGASIA ENEGON
POLITON).
