The Women Entrepreneurs Shaping Economic Participation (WESEP) training course in Luxembourg aims to empower women to become entrepreneurs, mentors, and leaders in their communities. The program supports participants in turning ideas into action through business planning, financial decision-making, and mentorship development. The initiative highlights real-world inspiration through study visits to female-led enterprises and creative ventures, showcasing women reshaping business culture with sustainability, innovation, and purpose. The second edition, WESEP2, continues this mission, fostering growth and empowerment for women at different life stages through practical exercises and microbusiness simulations.
