#WeCoLead Local workshops
Within the framework of #WeCoLead project on 11th of July the FSL organized a meeting with young women, representatives of different organizations, who act as leaders within their communities.
Our goal was to create a space for collective knowledge to emerge based on the sharing of the barriers young women face and of experiences that, through a process, led to a change in their lives.
As a result of discussion the FSL, together with partners will create a toolkit in order promote female empowerment and encourage young women to collectively start the change in themselves and in their communities, challenging structural oppression and female roles, as well as challenging unsustainable actions.
